A native of Goldsboro, Dr. Suneya Hogarty, returned to Wayne County in 2005. She moved back with her husband, Dr. David Hogarty, to be closer to family and enjoy that great NC hospitality!
Dr. Suneya practices holistic Rheumatology. Her goal is to help her patients manage their disease by honoring mind, body, and spirit needs. Using state-of-the-art treatments and medicines, she helps patients find relief from their physical suffering. But, she believes that true health is much more than that. Dr. Suneya’s philosophy includes addressing the mental and emotional issues that stress and complicate chronic rheumatologic disease. She strives to create a relationship with her patients that support self-healing and true balanced health. She is also a member of the American College of Rheumatology, as well as United Rheumatology.
In 2004, we welcomed JW Bass, PA-C, followed by Lesley Nunn, FNP-C in 2016 to the rheumatology team.
